Return Policy & Procedures

Back In Time Primitives wants you to be 100% satisfied with the products you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order. All returns must be authorized prior to returning. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returned merchandise, and any shipping fees paid are non-refundable.  All returned items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.  Please examine your order within 7 days of arrival. We must be notified of any damages or defective merchandise within 7 days in order for you to receive a refund or exchange.

All pre authorized returns MUST be in their original purchase condition, which should include the original packaging, paperwork, manufacture’s container.  If returned items are not in the original packaging or required recondition for resale a 50% restock fee will be applied.

Once your pre-authorized return has been received, we will inspect it and issue a refund or exchange it these terms have been met. Returns, exchanges and credits are processed within 5 business days.

We do not refund return shipping  fees incurred to return the item to us.

We cannot accept returns on any custom or made to order item, such as furniture or ON SALE /Clearance items. We cannot accept returns on light bulbs.

Items in the ON Sale or ON Clearance category are NON-RETURABLE, NON-EXCHANGABLE  and NON-REFUNDABLE. All sales under these categories are final.

Returns  should be sent back to us with insurance and a delivery confirmation number. We cannot refund or exchange any products  that are damaged in the return  or if it’s lost.

Damaged Shipments:

We highly recommend requesting your shipment be insured, we are NOT responsible for any damage incurred to items during shipment. If you would like to request your shipment being insured please let us know IMMEDIATELY after placing your order via email, phone or contact us form. Additional fees may apply. Damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the items, and you must provide a photo detail of the damage either by email, fax or text.
